We Require a Card on File
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, late cancellations Real result in 100% of the service fee.
If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in a $30 late fee and may need to be rescheduled.
Children must be picked up promptly after their appointment. A $40 babysitting fee will apply if a child remains more than 30 minutes after their service is complete.
Payment is due at the time of service or at the time of completion.
Deposits are not required.
Tips are not required, but they are always greatly appreciated.
If you have any concerns, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.
