  • We Require a Card on File

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

  • Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in a $30 late fee and may need to be rescheduled.

  • Children must be picked up promptly after their appointment. A $40 babysitting fee will apply if a child remains more than 30 minutes after their service is complete.

  • Payment is due at the time of service or at the time of completion.

  • Deposits are not required.

  • Tips are not required, but they are always greatly appreciated.

  • If you have any concerns, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.
